By installing or using Quick Fit Check ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quick Fit Check is a Chrome browser extension that provides virtual try-on functionality for online shopping. The Service uses AI technology to generate visualizations of how clothing items may look on users based on uploaded photos.

Virtual try-on images are approximations and may not perfectly represent how items will look in real life. Factors such as lighting, fabric texture, and fit may vary.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Quick Fit Check offers subscription-based pricing:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • Unused try-ons do not roll over to the next billing period

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • Your saved data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of other people without their consent
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Quick Fit Check and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload but grant us a limited license to process them for providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Virtual try-ons will accurately represent real-world appearance
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICK FIT CHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PURCHASE DECISIONS MADE BASED ON VIRTUAL TRY-ONS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Fit Check from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
